We are currently looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Python applications and scripts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
Electronics Design & Development:
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems, including analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, and sensor/actuator interfacing.
- Select and evaluate electronic components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and test prototypes, iterating on designs based on performance and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Mechatronics System Design & Implementation:
- Design and implement mechatronic systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Develop control algorithms for motion control, feedback control, and other mechatronic functions.
- Analyze data from sensors and actuators to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems.
Embedded Software Development (Python & C++):
- Develop software applications for embedded systems using both Python and C++.
- Leverage Python for rapid prototyping, scripting, and data analysis, while using C++ for performance-critical applications and low-level hardware interactions.
- Write efficient and robust code for real-time applications, considering resource constraints and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
Testing & Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans for electronic circuits, mechatronic systems, and embedded software.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of our products.
Documentation & Communication:
- Prepare technical documentation for electronic circuits, mechatronic systems, and software applications.
- Communicate technical information effectively to colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electronics and mechatronics design and development.
- Strong understanding of electronics principles, including circuit design, microcontrollers, and sensor/actuator interfacing.
- Experience with embedded programming using both Python and C++.
- Knowledge of control theory, robotics, or automation.
- Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet.
- Proficiency in using electronic design automation (EDA) tools and software.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for electronics, mechatronics, and software development.
